My name is Brooke, and I created EvictRight by Brooke for one reason:
Florida landlords deserve fast, reliable help from someone who actually understands the eviction process — without paying attorney-level fees or getting lost in the system.

For the past several years, I’ve worked full-time inside a high-volume Florida landlord-tenant law firm, managing 120+ cases at any given time. I’ve prepared thousands of eviction-related documents — from notices, motions, court filings, and stipulations to sheriff’s instructions and docket follow-ups. I know the process inside and out.

And I know how overwhelming it feels when you’re a landlord trying to do this alone.
 

This isn’t just a business to me — it’s the work I mastered.

I’ve spent years being the person landlords, attorneys, and property managers relied on when something went wrong:

 Why I Built This Business

(Here’s the part I don’t always share…)

For years, I poured my energy into my job. I worked hard, learned everything, and became the person everyone depended on — but I didn’t always feel appreciated or valued. Even when I did excellent work, even when I carried huge caseloads, I still felt overlooked.

Then something clicked for me:
I don’t need permission to succeed.
I don’t need permission to help people.
I don’t need permission to build something of my own.

So I created EvictRight by Brooke — a business built on my actual expertise, my actual compassion, and my actual desire to support people during stressful moments.

This work is truly my lane.
I’m good at it.
And I care about doing it right.

I’m human just like you. I’ve gone through moments in life that shook me, humbled me, and forced me to grow in ways I didn’t expect. I’ve cried on airplanes after life-changing trips. I’ve felt trapped in jobs, underestimated, dismissed, or undervalued.
