My name is Brooke, and I built EvictRight by Brooke for a simple reason:

For years, I worked full-time inside a high-volume Florida landlord-tenant law firm, managing more than 120 eviction cases at a time. I’ve prepared thousands of eviction-related documents—notices, motions, court filings, stipulations, sheriff instructions, docket follow-ups. I know this system inside and out.
 

But more importantly, I know how it feels to be a landlord navigating it alone.
 

When tenants stopped paying.
