How EvictRight Works

A clear, 5-step process: we talk, you pay online, email your documents, I prepare what you ordered, and you get it back within 24–48 business hours.

First, we talk so I understand what’s going on with your tenant. Next, you choose a service, pay online, and email me your case details and documents. I review what you send, prepare the document or case summary you ordered, and email it back to you within the stated turnaround time. I don’t give legal advice or go to court for you—I provide Florida landlord document preparation and informational support only.

Contact Me First (Strongly Preferred)

Start by calling me so we can talk about what’s going on with your tenant and your case.

On this free introductory call, you can explain:

  • What’s happening

  • What you’re trying to accomplish

  • Whether a case is already filed

  • Any deadlines or concerns
     

This helps me confirm my services are a good fit and point you to the right document or service.

This call does not include document drafting, in-depth docket analysis, or legal advice. Those start once you select and pay for a service.

Immediately Email Your Case Information

Right after you pay, email me:

  • Your full name

  • Your email and phone number

  • Property address

  • Tenant’s name(s)

  • County

  • Case number (if filed)

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • All documents you have (lease, notices, court filings, screenshots, etc.)

  • A screenshot or copy of your payment receipt 

    👉 I can’t start preparing anything until I have both your payment and your documents.If I need more information or documents, I’ll let you know.

Fast Delivery – 24–48 Business Hour Turnaround

Your completed document(s) or written case/docket summary will be emailed to you within 24–48 business hours (business days only) after I have:

  1. Your payment, and

  2. All required case information from you

You’ll receive:

  • Your finalized document(s) in PDF or Word

  • A brief explanation of what the document is and where it usually fits in the eviction process

  • Any key dates or details pulled from your information so you can stay organized

You’ll have an open line of communication throughout—if you have questions or need an additional document or service, you can email or call me to discuss next steps

Make Your Payment

Once you’re ready to move forward, select your service and complete the payment.

When you’re ready to move forward:

  • Go to the service page

  • Click “Proceed With Service”, then “Pay Now”

  • Complete your payment online

You’ll receive a receipt, and I’ll be notified that your file is open. Once payment is received, I can begin work on the document or review you ordered.

I Review Everything and Prepare What You Ordered

Once I have your payment and case information, I will:

  • Review your explanation and all documents you’ve sent

  • Confirm key dates, amounts, and details

  • Determine where you seem to be in the eviction process

Then, based on the service you selected, I will:

  • Prepare the landlord document(s) you requested, or

  • Complete the case/docket review(s) you ordered

If I need clarification, I’ll reach out. You can also email or call me with questions about the service you purchased.

Everything is prepared based solely on the information you provide and formatted so it’s ready for you to sign, file, or serve.
